The Burlington Multiple Myeloma Support Group

We are the M-Spikes!

Welcome to the Burlington Multiple Myeloma Support Group, founded in May, 2005.  If you are living with Multiple Myeloma, you need not be alone. You'll find others whose experience can be a source of strength, hope, and inspiration. If you are a caregiver or caring friend, your needs will be addressed with programs sensitive to your particular needs. We invite you to join us and to benefit from a wealth of knowledge, comfort, friendship, and good times.

Our mission is to provide support for Myeloma survivors and caregivers and to provide education on our disease to each other as well as the general public.

Area Myeloma Survivors, Families and Caregivers have come together to form a Multiple Myeloma Patient Education/Support Group.  This support group meeting can help provide:

-Group discussions to provide emotional support and speak with others who have dealt with similar problems

-Resources to learn about treatment options and survivorship care planning

-Understanding coping strategies

-Create a support network by participating in the group experience with individuals that have been through similar situations

This group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 5:00 - 6:30 PM.

Meeting Location:

Hope Lodge
237 East Avenue
Burlington, VT 05401
